Choose a piece, select Add to cart, then continue to checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn’t been fulfilled yet. Email support@elarispearl.com with your order number. Your order is cancelled only once we confirm it by email. After an order enters fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible, and orders that have shipped can’t be cancelled.

We ship across Canada and to select countries worldwide. If your country is available, you’ll be able to select it at checkout.

Delivery depends on your destination and the shipping option you choose. Available options and costs for your address are shown at checkout. If you need a piece by a particular date, please contact us before ordering.

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking is available for your shipment, the email will include a tracking link.
